Consequently, The Palace, Prince and Princess® reserves the right to refuse orders placed by Customers who breach or We suspect of breaching this condition. Furthermore, in the event that The Palace, Prince and Princess®, in its entire discretion, reasonably suspects that a Customer has breached this condition, the Customer's password and account login will be cancelled and Their account will be automatically terminated.

1.2 In order to make purchases through the The Palace, Prince and Princess® Online Store, You will need to create an online account and You will be requested to provide information about Yourself as indicated so that We may process Your Order. You represent and warrant that the information provided by You is both valid and correct and that You will update it if it changes.

1.3 Delivery costs are not included and will be displayed on the order form once You have completed Your selection.

1.4 Shipment weight will be counted either by “Dimensional Weight” or “Actual Weight”, whichever is higher.

2. Order Acceptance
2.1 Once Your order has been submitted through The Palace, Prince and Princess® Online Store, The Palace, Prince and Princess® will send You an e-mail confirming Your order.

2.2 We reserve the right not to accept Your order for any reason in Our discretion. Such non-acceptance may result, for example, from the fact that the item ordered is out of stock or that We are unable to obtain authorisation for Your payment.

2.3 Furthermore, We retain the express right not to process a transaction at any time in Our sole discretion for whatever reason. In this event, We will not be liable to You or any third party by reason of Our not accepting Your order or withdrawing any merchandise from the The Palace, Prince and Princess® Online Store at any time and whether or not such item(s) have been sold.

4. Delivery
4.1 Your order will be shipped once the payment has been approved and the address has been verified.

4.2 If Your order is received before 6 p.m. (Hong Kong time) We will use Our reasonable efforts to ensure delivery within 2 working day of payment having been approved.

4.3 For orders received after 6 p.m. (HONG KONG time) We will use Our reasonable efforts to ensure delivery within the next 3-4 working days of payment having been approved.

4.4 Please Note, that once You have received confirmation of Your order, We will not be able to modify the order or change the place of delivery.

4.6 We have the right to use other courier company instead of DHL if the destination country is a Remote Area or somewhere DHL can not provide service. Remote Area Service Charge may be imposed by DHL at a rate of $150.00 per shipment or $3 per kg whichever is higher.
